Add our Core Classes to your weekly routine. Having a strong core helps supports many key functions in all athletic activities and can help improve your form and strength. Core classes are held Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30pm and Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
Your Core Foundation
Core Classes are designed in a circuit style. Athletes are divided into small groups of similar fitness level. For one hour, including cool down, athletes rotate around the 4 stations using all sort of equipment: Swiss Balls, free weights, cables, Bosu, TRX, Vibration Plate, balance pads, etc.
Though we call it Core Class the entire body is engaged. The Chiropractic Lab takes group fitness to another level!
