The ONE thing that makes me different in the scope of chiropractic is Active Release Techniques. Very few DCs are trained in this patent technique.
I became interested in learning ART when I had a sports injury in my 20s I was told needed surgery on. I found ART instead.  ART helps avoid unnecessary surgery and unnecessary time
off work, sports, and the need for medications. Scar tissue is inflammatory and removing it naturally helps improve muscles, tendons, and ligaments to function normally to
support your body.

My sessions are a little longer than a typical chiropractors. This is because the ART and massage, making sure you have correct form on exercises, these details take time. Sessions are typically 45 minutes.
